"It was awful. I could not find my insurance card instead of problem solving the techsent v me home. I had to go home sort thru all paperwork. I finally called insurance, the tech could have suggested I call my agent and get an email card. instead “I got the lecture everything is paperless.” wish he’d told me before I was sent home again. I used to always go to Jiffy Lube the horrible customer service now is causing me to look elsewhere. Gustav, young hispanic guy was very nice. The bearded guy in charge was rude and inconsiderate. I am sorry. it was awful."

"Getting car inspected - service was impeccable, in and out in under 30 minutes. Courteous customer service, I will return on further inspections or oil changes."

"My girlfriend recently went there for an oil change and tire rotation. At the time, I unfortunately did not have my phone with me so I couldn’t tell her that what they were charging her she did not need nor should she be paying that high of a price. They charged her over $200 for an air filter that she did not need, a tire rotation, and an oil change. You can buy two air filters for her car for $14 at Walmart but for some reason charged her $70. On top of all other service charges and fees she didn’t know she was paying too much. Her air filter was apparently black, which would indicate a possible oil leak. But apparently just a new air filter was going to fix the problem. Her vehicle has 22,000 miles on it and was recently inspected and found to not have any issues. Her vehicle is less than two years old. Places like these are what give mechanics a bad name. Will not be returning here for service."

"I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube. Service is top notch and customer service is always exceptional. I found them on a fluke a few years back when my battery died unexpectedly. I drive 20 minutes from the other side of town to get my fleet car serviced by them. Highly recommend."
