"Unfortunately they do not return calls. They say on their answering machine they will promptly return your calls on the next business day. For the simple fact that they didn’t reach out after I left a detailed message, I would never feel comfortable going here. That alone shows poor customer service. No thanks!!! You lost what could have been a new customer."
"We have been Christian Brothers customers since 2001. Lately something changed. The attitude, professionalism, honesty, and ethics. It has turned into an untrustworthy shop. We brought our car for an oil leak repair. Paid around $4500. After few months, the car continued leaking. They said that leak wasn’t included in the $4500 repair bill. And I don’t like the lying and arguing. I stopped going to Christian Brothers."
"Had my oil change yesterday. Had a good deal with coupon. Afterwards Mike sat down with me to go over some specific maintenance that needed to be addressed but not urgent. The one issue that needed immediate attention was my coolant reservoir being empty. To ran a diagnostic for leaks was gonna take 2 hours which I had to come back for. I told Mike I was going on vacation and just couldn't fit in my schedule. He said he would go ahead & put coolant @ no charge and to swing by there the next day for a quick check. Thank God the coolant level was still fine so no leak. I really appreciate Mike's helpfulness. He even wished me an enjoyable time on my overseas' vacation. Awesome service! Thank you, Wileen Butler"
"First of all. These people are so friendly and that is one of their greatest qualities. That being said. I believe this place spends more time trying to upsell you on other repairs for your vehicle more than they focus on the issues you are currently experiencing. I brought my vehicle in for 2 problems that were plaguing me. They accepted they would fix those while pointing out all the other issues with my vehicle. Charged me to fix 4 things at quite a cost but I was fine with it thinking my issues will be fixed and some other minor things will be done and I can no longer worry about those going forward. When I get my vehicle back the two things I brought the vehicle still don't work, of which both almost make the vehicle completely useless and might cause me to be stranded. So now after spending all that money... my vehicle has another major problem. So I'm left wondering. Was it not fixing the first problems that caused this new issue? Should I even take it back to them at all? They didn't fix the problems to begin with and now I'm just falling down a rabbit hole. Lastly this has been a huge inconvenience. Who doesn't need their vehicle and enjoys wasting time on things like this? I am including the "Fixed" fuel tank obstruction. There was a blockage in the fuel fill line. And this is "FIXED". I paid $700 for this to not work. I fill like this was something that could have easily been tested."
