"Was at Southwest alignment yesterday for 12hrs waiting to get my truck and was told by the mechanic Lee that I would have to pay more because the screws that goes through the control arm bushing was turned wrong. That bothered me because I know my mechanic knows what he's doing and will never do his job different than factory specs, so I went home call him and he looked up the pictures from the factory layout of my truck the screws and bolts was turned the correct way Lee just lied to charge me more for the work because I didn't let him do the work on my truck. This guy is dishonest so watch how he uses lies to charge you more."

"Service is great and pricing is very affordable!! I called here and after the Hyundai dealership charged $2400 for struts/mounts replacement and an alignment. If you can hear the struts in the first video making a rubbing sound and the second video is me turning the wheel after the replacement. My car rides very smooth now.
