"This has been my go to place for the last 5 years and every year they surpass my expectations. Not only is the staff friendly anytime I call or email (knowing they are extremely busy) they stop everything to service me. Yes there are other places that can do what they do. But it’s not the atmosphere a business should have. They take the time to make sure all the orders are right. Constant communication and have even added “est 2016” on my last order. Literally 3 hours before I was scheduled to pick up at no additional cost. For my money NDCT is top notch. Give this mom and pop shop a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!!"

"The highlight of our 2016 reunion should have been our tshirts as the colors selected were per generation vs per family. The 8 siblings were to have Navy blue shirts. Their navy blues did not match and one of my aunts shirts was a teal blue which would mean that she was in the 3rd generation and not the 1st. The iron on had line going straight through the photo on ALL shirts. Names were misspelled on the back of some shirts or had missing names. I did not receive the shirts until a couple of hours before the reunion started so I did not have a chance to go through the shirts and take them back. I contacted the company and was told I would get some what of a refund after spending approx. $500...then they just refused to answer my emails. I then filed a complaint with BBB and never received a response back from this company. I just gave up...but now I am searching for TShirts for our June 2020 reunion, and came across this company and wanted to just let them know...they would be the last company I'd EVER order from again!!! The crazy thing is, I read some negative reviews prior to going with this company and was reassured that I would not have any issues...I should have went with my first instinct. I added pictures to support my claims. These are the same pictures I provided to the company prior to being ignored. My aunt is showing her shirt because it was the wrong color. I also had a cousin who's name is Trish...however they put Trisha on the back of her Tshirt. She was not a happy camper."
