"We visited BRIGHTON on Wed afternoon. From the minute I walked in the sales lady followed me the entire time, she was watching every move I made. Now I was dressed casually and I'm Hispanic, and she was too! Finally after looking at some items and feeling very uncomfortable, I decided to leave. I have been to the one in San Marcos outlet malls and no one there followed me around. They had much better sale selections and the sales staff was great. I bought several items and felt very comfortable. I was again dressed casually. Don't understand why? I'm hoping not to ever go to the one on 281 hey again."
