"Purchased Beats Pro, a high quality and a high ticket item. Target apparently has no procedure on how they handle these items since the device is littered with greasy finger prints, and a disgusting amount of ear wax on the ear buds themselves. This is a store I don’t normally go to since it’s further out of my area, and now imma have to drive back again because someone didn’t do the job the first time. The most they can do is just saying “Sorry”. I noticed management doesn’t respond to these comments but I’ll keep y’all updated on how they handle it. I’m hoping they can do an exchange and ship me a new one when I return this disgusting device."
