"My husband got me a diamond bracelet here for Christmas and he was told by the salesperson that if he signed up for the their protection plan and credit card with JC Penny he’d get free resizing. So we went back to get it resized because it was too big on me and now they are saying free resize only applied to RING . After he signed up for credit card and paid for their plan?? This is ridiculous! They lied to my husband so they can sell their product. We ended up cancel the plan and went somewhere else to get it resized. I almost wanted to return and got refund but he already got it for me so I don’t wanna upset him. But the store needs to do better. You can’t lie to customers like that! Not to mention they sold the bracelet was on display. Not even the brand new one in the box. This is the last time we shop at JC Penny."
"I completely understand why people are shopping more on-line and less in the store. This particular store was a hot mess @ 10:00 am 12/22 and the sales associate working the jewelry counter needs to find another job... incredibly rude and condescending. Unfortunate - I used to love shopping @ this store ☹️"
