"If I can them no stars I would very unprofessional staff . They need better employees and management that know how to take better care of their customers they act like they don’t like their job I don’t understand why work somewhere you have to interact with customers. I was going to get a policy there but just the way I was hearing them answer the phones and how the manager was acting while I was getting my quote made me just go somewhere else . I almost thought the manager was a regular employee by the way she talks with the other workers there."

"After 3 years of using insurance through this company I dealt with the insurance company not wanting to cover my car damages I think I had old mutual insurance if not I will update it to the correct one but I had to move away from this company it’s like the insurance companies that do business with this company wants more money every month they come up with different policies I feel so bad for the New employees who work their now they have loss a lot of customers because of this and from how the Previous employees before them mess over a lot of Customers information having to dealt with the customers going off on them and also me being one of them The new employees do try their upmost best to help you find something but like every employee who have work their said it’s the companies not us.
