"I have to agreed with many people who have to deal with CONSTITUTION INSURANCE! worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. One of THEIR driver rear ended my son's car and run away, I was filing a third party claim for two weeks. No answer and no returned calls. My car has been damaged and the car currently with them. I'm trying to work with them but, it seem like they prefer the hard way. I'm going to give them another day or two and if they are not call me back then, I have to get my lawyer involve. we are know that if lawyer got involve it's going to be expensive!"

"It was really unfortunate that the drunk driver that hit my car had this insurance. I broke my glasses (worth almost $400) because of the accident and they only offered $10 to fix it. Very unreliable, no one is ever available for a phone call and it takes days for emails to be responded to. Beware of this insurance company"

"The absolute worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I was attempting to file a third party claim for nearly a week. No answer and no returned calls. THEIR driver rear ended my car which is automatic at fault in Texas in about 99% of cases. My car has been damaged for nearly two weeks, and it took me almost a whole entire week to even reach someone to file a claim. Then, when I get to file a claim I am met with the most attitude I’ve ever dealt with from people whose job title is in the customer service field. I am asked a series of questions, and I guess me having a question about these “standard” questions that I have never been asked before offended my agent? I then go on to explain that i have no car, no way to get to work, and what do they say? Basically sorry you are out of luck until we get a hold of this woman. No empathy, no problem solving, just pure attitude. Not to mention I have one friend who has dealt with this company and it took her nearly TWO YEARS even WITH A POLICE REPORT stating THEIR driver was at fault! These agents have sent “texts”, calls, and “letters” to this woman. I would just like to clarify that their “texts” don’t even have an introduction and look like spam. Who would call that back? No agent was helpful AT ALL, one lady told me “ok bye” just because I didn’t want to hear her paraphrasing the same thing over and over for 5 minutes. This “insurance” company is a complete scam and their employees do not care about their jobs in the slightest. Good luck!"

"The absolute worse company for a claim. I was rear ended by one of their customers back in October 2023 and my car is still in the shop. Rental company have been calling me saying they haven’t heard from them regarding an extension. I am fed up with their nonchalant attitude. The place that is fixing my car has been waiting for almost a month for correspondence from them regarding payment and still no word. I just want my car fixed and back to me. I am tired with dealing with this non professional insurance company. Memory Williamson is suppose to be the one helping but she along with everyone else in the company does not answer calls or emails. Just my luck that a person with the cheapest and worse insurance hit my car. I would rate this place a -5 if possible."
