"The people are so unprofessional first they couldn't process my payment which I should have known there but after they accepted my payment then all of a sudden they claim that I'm not covered I have a policy in hand now a receipt and text messages from the company as well as an employee. When I go to check on what happened with my policy they show only part of what I actually paid them this is while I'm holding my initial receipt in my hands this is when it gets real unprofessional. So I'm pushing for a lawsuit and will update this review real soon."

"Update as of May 3, 2023 I spoke with the other and he was very apologetic in regards to how the agent treated me. He reassured me that it will never happen again and they value all of their customers. The owner has been really nice with helping me find a solution to my issue. I appreciate the time he took to speak with me and try to come to a solution. I called the Cullen Blvd location on 4/27/2023 in regards to my name being removed from a policy. I received two different answers so I asked to speak to the owner. I was told the owner never comes in the building and they don’t have his/her information ( I don’t understand why the owner would be unavailable to address a concern that the store person can’t). I asked if she could find a way to reach to the owner and have that person contact me( I respect the fact that they can’t give the owners information out). The person insisted on me knowing that she is the manager was very rude, kept talking over me while I was talking, and hung in my face. Customers should never be treated in that manner especially when they are trying to get some clarification. It seems as if they feel people need insurance so bad so they can handle them any kind of way. I don’t recommend there services to anyone they have very poor customer service. Everyone in the office needs to receive a customer drive training session from Chick-fil-A customer service training mainly the manager."
