"My agent is easy to be reached via phone although their customer service could be a little better especially with the staff "Leslie R" who's not very patient and waste no time to cut someone off when questions pertaining to rate increase arises. This is the 3rd year with this insurance and their rate has increased each renewal period despite impeccable driving record and bundling of both home and Auto. To be fair, cost of living has also increased tremendously over the past years but wish their rate increase will be slower especially considering their customer's record."

"Adding a vehicle with you a has made me really think of switching. I have yet to hear from the “manager” and nobody takes ownership of the mistake. Overcharging fora car that I add a day before my Bill and I get billed for the vehicle when I was told I would see the charge next month. I call to get this refunded and get the run around that the manager is not there and I need to send bank’s statements. I have to provide docs on the mistake that was made in your office. I submit it. Instead the information I send in is insufficient and just like that it’s a ghost town. All the reminders that you say you add to to get a call back and nothing."
