"I've been a customer of Atkins for years. Loved this company! My heart was broken when I found out that they would no longer be handling my insurance needs. I was transferred to a new company called Carroll Insurance. This company is nothing like Atkins. It takes them forever to give a quote, they are extremely noisy when it comes to your personal life. They decided to go back and forth with me regarding my personal life, as if I am going to explain to them my personal life changes. Every quote they have ever quoted me is extremely over rated. The worst customer service I have experienced; as if they are paying my policy and I am suppose to comply with whatever advise they have. Remember, I am the customer, and you will not collect commission off of my policies. Free will - I can choose whomever I want to represent or help me."
