"I've read all bad reviews here and believe everyone of them. I visited the store and experienced the same issue. Rudeness towards customers, they have no knowledge of shipping packages, They will profile you, Very Disrespectful. Don't stop here .. You will only lose your valuable time on shipping out your packages. Go somewhere else. This is what happens when you don't stay in school."

"Everytime I've visited this store I feel unwelcomed. Staff is rude, they don't greet you. This store doesn't have a good plethora of shipping boxes and what boxes they do have are extremely expensive. They also don't have a good variety of shipping supplies either. I recently went in to see about what packaging supplies they had and one of the ladies there told me they don't sell packing supplies,but that I can pay them to package up my packages. My phone services is horrible in town and it took a few moments for my address to load to give one of the younger girls for labels and she seemed very annoyed that I didn't immediately have them ready. When I walked into the store two woman were just sitting at the desk not doing anything but on their phones, so to be made to feel as if I was some kind of inconvenience to her was rude and unprofessional. I told them BEFORE I asked for shipping supplies that I was just going to mail off at USPS and one lady told me that they also mail for them so I stayed to save me a trip, then to be treated like an inconvenience. I won't be stopping by there again and giving them my time or business and I will be passing this along how rude they are. Word gets around."

"If I could give 0 I would, I was in town visiting my mom for a couple of days in October. We live in Midland and had to send out thank you gifts for family who went to our wedding. I had forgotten for a couple weeks and decided to do it that day while we were in andrews. My mom had talked highly of this place. When we arrived the girl wasn’t sure they had a box for our gifts we were sending. Finally after 15 minutes the man reluctantly ended up helping her and we were able to package everything up. He somewhat had an attitude that he had to help her and we could feel the tension when she had me repeat the addresses multiple times. We had three separate packages going to three different addresses. The due date for the package comes and one of the three didn’t arrive to the intended family member. I give it two extra weeks, you know just in case.(that was by the end of October) I have called the shipping company specifically and they tell me since I went through a third party they cannot help me. So now I have called Mustang Printers on 3 separate occasions. Each time talking with a young lady who says basically they can’t help me and her boss said even if they filed some type of dispute with the shipping they would deny since it says delivered. But they put the wrong address by one number so it was not delivered to my Aunt and Uncle, they even checked with their neighbors. It’s really disheartening because it’s not even about spending $150 to ship these items, on top of what I spent to make them. It’s about the sentimental value of the time and effort I put into making these gifts for family who went to our wedding. And for a small town business who I thought would at least TRY to help me find this package to do absolutely NOTHING. The owner won’t even call me back. I have left my number and name on the three separate times, she even puts me on hold to talk to him and he doesn’t even have the professionalism to talk to me then or call me back and discuss this predicament we’re in. I hope that what you take from this review is to NOT use them for shipping purposes and to travel to Odessa/Midland if you have something of importance. I hope at some point the owner will actually call me back to talk about this. But I guess I’m stuck to calling and leaving a message with the same girl who acts like she doesn’t remember that I’ve called already about the same problem. 0 out of 10 for customer service, when we sent them and now."
