"It takes one bad apple to spoil the entire basket. I had a young Hispanic girl right after they opened that went by her own ideals. Needless to say I left with the part and decided to go back next shift to get my refund. BAM the two guys had no issues and refunded me without any questions or distain in their voices like the other employee. Why do people like to give others, especially customers such a hard time for something that should've been done without trying to ruin someone's day by being their miserable selves."
