"Horrible customer service. Rudest employee I have ever encountered. I waited for her to help me for over 10 minutes (she was just standing their eating at the food counter). She did not acknowledge me once ever tho I was less then 10 feet away till she came over with an attitude and said I will get you all the way on the other side mind you I had many items she didn’t bother to offer to help. Told me if it was a problem moving she didn’t need to help me. I took everything over to her and she starting saying you don’t have to be rude, now mind you I had not said anything yet. At this point yeah now I am going to say I waiting for over 10 minutes watched you walk around you saw me didn’t acknowledge me once and then didn’t even help ms move my things. I told her it’s your job to help people her response was well if you don’t like it leave. It’s sad that they have employees this horrible. I work in public service and I would not have I ever treated someone this bad. Pilot please do better, hire better employees. Without people their is no business, and I will not be back. (Her name is Deanna or something along those lines)."

"I know this store is still pretty new but these folks do really good to keep it nice and clean. The staff has always been really kind to me and they haven’t subjected us to self checkout yet after buying $800 worth of fuel. Good job mujeres!"

"Fuel island has maybe 2 lanes that both or either pump works. I used to stop here 4 or 5 times a week but it's too much trouble to get fuel any more. Stopped for breakfast a few Saturdays ago and was told the morning crew didn't show up to cook until 7am... it was 7:45am when they said it."

"Some of the staff isn't very cordial or helpful. Most of them are. The restrooms are always clean and the store is well stocked. Good experience could be made great if some staff had better attitudes toward customers. I've passed and continue to pass through here frequently over the past few years since it opened in 2019."

"Good selection of items, slightly pricey but that’s true of any convenient store. Good alcoholic beverage selection. Staff usually friendly and helpful but not always. There’s a Few that for whatever reason don’t like people or me in general. Bathrooms and showers very clean and normally stay that way."
