"My grandson's girlfriend had a blowout on the way back to Lubbock, I called the next morning for roadside service. They we're very helpful helping me get the correct information needed to replace the tire. The driver let me know where he was and had her old tire removed. Taken back to shop and the new tire replaced and brought back out in less than an hour. They were very reasonable with the pricing and I was able to take care of everything over the phone"

"At first I was impressed, they got my tires in quickly and had me in and out within an hour of arrival... Then upon reviewing my paperwork, not only had they put the wrong year of my vehicle, they had put my trip mileage instead of the odometer reading! This would have surely caused me problems down the road regarding the warranty! Moving on to the next day, mind you I drove 5 miles from the shop to my house and parked my car... The next day I go outside and saw one tire was completely flat! They were already closed for the weekend, so we aired the tire up, the next day, again it was totally flat and the car had not moved! First thing Monday morning I went in, one to get my paperwork corrected, and then to have them look at the tire issue. I assumed it was a bad valve stem or something, but they said there was a crack on the inside of my wheel! Now I know this was not there before they touched my car as I would not have been able to keep air in the tire but they will not take any responsibility! I now have to spend over $300 to replace a wheel that they damaged!"

"I don’t even know how to describe the exceptional service they provided at Andrews Tire Services. I got there on a Saturday to fix up a wheel of my trailer and get a new tire. Those guys really went above and beyond to get the job done, I would give this place 10 stars if google allowed me to. I’ve never seen such a good service anywhere else. By far the best customer services and service I’ve ever gotten! Thank you guys!"
