"Maybe the managers should order lids that fit the cups? Y’all sell hot drinks with these faulty lids? How many times have your faulty lids caused interior damage to someone’s car?"

"Food is okay, but the drinks always taste off in an unpleasant way. I have ordered multiple times and it’s consistently bad. Other than that it’s better than the Wendy’s down the street!"

"I ordered through the app today. I went to pick it up. I punched the red button and it said it was activated. I waited and waited. Nobody ever answered or asked what I wanted. It was hot. I didn’t want to get out and walk over to ask about my order. I just backed out and went to Taco Villa. Their burgers are better anyway. Sonic has gone way down. Needless to say, I will not be going back."
