"Brought my truck in for the first service since buying it so it was complimentary. I specifically asked them to make sure they did a tire rotation when I set up the appointment. When I got the truck back the paper read that the tire rotation was performed. I always mark my tires so I know if they actually did it and in this case they did not. The tires were in the same placement as prior to service. I went back to tell them and they didn’t apologize or anything. They said that if the tires look fine then they don’t do it. Again, the paper said that it was done. I’m not happy and will never be bringing my vehicles back there again."

"Nothing but positive comments here. Dropped my vehicle off for my appointment on Aug 16th, for a check engine light and had been placed as priority due to scheduling issues from June. Pedro took care of me that morning and said it was listed as priority and would be looked at within 5 business days and depending on what was discovered it could take up to 45 days to repair. I received a call later that after from Cathy explaining what the technician had found and that the part was in-stock and they would have my vehicle repaired and ready to go by end of day. Not only did they repair the issue, they also completed an oil and filter change along with a cabin filter change and still had my vehicle completed in the same day. This is some of the best service I have received in West Texas. I can't say enough good things about this service department."
