"Thursday 12/21 Closing time says 4:30. Drove across town in the rain and arrived at 3:50 to a locked door. A very polite woman named Glenda answered the door and informed me no one was there to help. I was told they had a Christmas party and all of the agents decided to go home after. I asked to speak to a manager, I was then informed he was not there either. How absolutely unprofessional and fustrating. I will be writing a letter to the Waco headquarters."
