"I went to this store to get an oil change for my truck I always use Mobil one but they only had a 5 galón and I need 6 so I had to take Castrol so I got to my house I drained my oil and when I open the 5 galón it was already open so I went back told them what happened and they didn’t want to give me another one saying that I probably put my old oil on there because it feel hot when we are 106 degrees in Arlington I told them they can send some one and see the oil i just drained It was still under my truck and it was way hotter than the other one. Instead they make me bought a new 5 gallon saying that they always open them and make sure they are close I know this seems crazy I even came back home like looking to see if I had another bottle or something but like I said I always use Mobil one so no. Definitely they los one customer and I will make sure I tell this story to everyone I know so they don’t go to that store they make me feel really bad trying to make me look like I was lying."
