"TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!! I came to fix a vibration issue on my car, and the owner John said that it is because of engine mounting, He said he guarantee that it is the issue but after the fix it still not solve the issue, came back and he said it is actually a transmission issue.... , and refuse to fix it to us because his shop do not have the ability to do it, and also denied the refund for previous job even though it solve nothing, he lied that it is part of the issue, but in reality I don't see any improvement from his fix. VERY DISHONEST and IRRESPONSIBILITY place, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!"

"Not very friendly ... I sat and waited about 8 minutes as they stared at me. I got out the car, went in the building to get service...no one is in there. I went back outside ...stood at the garage door where they all stared and kept working...waited about 10 more minutes while they serviced others that were there before and after I arrived and as I pulled away one of the ones that were staring walked out but I was on the road by then. He saw me..they all saw me in the first place..there's no way I would ever go there for service! NOT one of them said a word to me! They'd be really convenient for my family because I live 4 houses down the street. After I left there I found a different place with a 360 degree better experience..well worth the money and travel time to Mansfield."

"They charged me $27 just for labor of oil change. I provided them my own oil and filter. I have been doing business with them for last 4 years. They always charged me $15 labor for oil change. This time there was a new guy and told me because it’s a mini van that’s why he’s charging me $27. I told him dude I provided you my own oil and filter. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a mini van or a sedan Will never go there again"
