"Great customer service from Gregory. However, the woman that answered the phone the other day was extremely rude. I explained that the part I was given was wrong and I needed her to confirm the new part was correct because I had a 20-30 minute drive to their store to pick it up and I didn't want to make the trip for the wrong part twice. She got very frustrated and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain to her what I needed and she hung up on me. I called back and got a manager who then confirmed the part was the correct one so I drove to the location. It was NOT THE CORRECT PART. Buy your axles from somewhere else and don't take assistance from the woman that works there. She is very unprofessional and rude."
