I asked for the policy before lunch about missing a couple of hours for my doctors appointment and after lunch he brought me into his office and stated that he has no availability for me at this time. I hope AAA is worth his soul in the end because what you do to people will come back on you 10 fold. I was just hired and let go due to my medical illness and they don't care. They have no hearts. It's a good ol' boys club. I normally don't like my business out there but people should know how this place is ran."

"Dear sir or Madam: I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my years of membership at AAA. I was forced to cancel my auto insurance because of an incorrectly coded item to CLU. This caused my premiums to almost double. On 2/6/22 my car was vandalized, and the perpetrators took my wallet among other things. The issue got addressed and I was refunded a partial deductible of 250. I thought a correction would be made so I can get a better insurance rate. That was a mistake on my part. I have been invited to reapply 30 days after cancelation since AAA will not allow a second quote. The claims department has to date not corrected the erroneous report and forced me to purchase insurance from another party. I have learned a lot during this process. The company I joined 8 years ago is not the company I am leaving. I wish you the best of luck."
