Reviews
"My experience switching to All-State for home and auto was a breeze. They were able to lower my rates and increase coverage on my homeowners. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Cristina and Nancy, and they were awesome! I should have switched to All-State years ago. Thank you!"
"This is the most caring group of people. They care about making sure that you are properly covered and provide stellar customer service."
"After hours on my birthday, this team took the time to call me and wish me a happy birthday. The level of personalized customer service is a rarity. My sincerest thank you to the Patti Jones Agency and team. I highly recommend this agency for all of your insurance needs."
"Patti Jones Office employs courteous responsive and more importantly knowledgeable people. If I call in and have a question it feels like they drop what they are doing to solve my issue. Granted I don't call in a lot but when I do they are all over my issue or question."
"Totaled a vehicle that costs 9k to fix. Then they offered me 13k cash, but the vehicle has to have a salvage title if i take it. Or they offered 22.5k for a new one that goes for 25k-30k. My agents office didnt inform me of the salvage title and the effect on insurance until we went through lengthy negotiations. Its been over a year since the claim happened. Allstates adjuster initially put it at 2k fix. I used Allstate's preferred repair shop which was backed up for one year during pandemic. Then, allstate totaled it, and it has been months since that happened as the adjuster has been out of office every other week and non responsive. I dont know if i have ever talked to the agent. The staff is friendly but not getting things done. I highly recommend you avoid because ultimately a total loss is when you really want your insurance company and agent to show up. That hasn't happened with allstate or the agent and we are almost at 2 years on this deal."
