Wait on hold for 1 1/2 hours, finally get a human, and they lie through their teeth and say your Rx will be ready in 30 min. 6 hours have gone by. My mother can't drive so I'm held hostage waiting and praying that they might, someday fill her script. Choose any other pharmacy!"

"More than once waited for 15 minutes or longer and never see a car move in the drive thru. Even though it's most convenient to the house, it's not if you need to leave before ever getting to the window . 50th & slide yall truly suck at service at the drive thru"

"Pharmacy is absolutely useless now. There's is almost always a problem when I get a prescription refilled - it's either delayed, out of stock, or something wrong with their system that gives me a problem with insurance. And new prescriptions take the entire day, if longer. No longer 24 hours, and the hours when they're actually open are terrible in inconvenient. Always a line of several cars in the drive thru and inside, because they can't bother to staff properly."

"AWFUL. Please do NOT use their pharmacy. Waited 30minutes due to a miscommunication error on behalf of the staff. I mentioned I was there for a COVID test, NOT vaccine three separate times and was still given paperwork to sign for a vaccine. Then after uselessly waiting in the lobby they told me "oh well that's through the drive thru not us" so I went to the drive through. Mind you, I scheduled this online through their website we're I qualified for a completely FREE test, so tell me why they try to charge me $20 for my test because "all of our free tests expired and from what we know of so did all of the Walgreens locations in Lubbock" So, because they advertised something they didn't have I now have to pay $20 out of pocket ON TOP OF wasting 30minutes of my time plus the 20 I spent in the drive through. They waved the fee only after I asked for a manager and waited even longer for assistance. PLEASE, do not waste your time here."

"Walgreen's is exactly what you think it is and what they advertise. The pharmacy staff is helpful and kind. They stock a multitude of items from grocery to toys and gift wrapping. Their rewards program and app are very useful, the coupons are great! Sometimes there is a wait to check out (be it at the pharmacy or the front) but the cashiers are always friendly and polite and never fail to remind me to enter my rewards number and offer me whatever cashback I have available. They're just around the corner and it's quite convenient when one of our kiddos needs medicine or we need milk or something quickly."
