"In Feb 2020 I purchased a 2014 Ram Pro Master Cargo Van knowing it would need some work. That's on me. The battery light, and brake light were on and the fuel pump was always running. Even when the van was off. I took it to Chris. The short version is I don't feel like Chris was looking out for me. He replaced the Fuel Pump, Alternator, Brake Pads, Rotors, and a few other things and collected $3,501.88. Things seemed to be OK then Covid hit and the van was parked most of the time. Oct 2020, 800 miles later the dash starts doing some odd things intermittently. Cab blower motor on full blast when off, dash lights out, blinkers not working, windows not working. I took it to Chris. He advised me a motor mount was broken and that the motor would need to be replaced at over $4,000 plus labor $$$. I asked him why he didn't catch this the first time he said " things happen, you bought a lemon". I took it to another mechanic who replaced the electronic control module and the alternator again. All seemed OK again but I'd had enough. I took it to a dealer to sell it. He pointed out that the transmission mount needed to be replaced. Also that when you turn the key to the first position all the dash lights should come on. The battery light, and check engine light was blacked out and did not come on (red flag). Best I can say is that Chris was not looking out for me."
