"Terrible customer service experience; John displayed a significant lack of professionalism. Upon returning my U-Haul, I requested a broom to sweep out some dust, but John started with the worst attitude possible, " I don't have a broom or anything to clean with. I don't even have a broom!". However, after imposing a $25 charge, he then had an employee clear the dust right in front of eyes with a blower LOL - what a crook."
