"I would avoid this location any cost The owner seems to be really scummy she will try to run you off the road with her Ford expedition and then also give you the finger because she was in the wrong really not a good president you want to set with a possible new customer when you're an owner of business"

"I’ve tried this salon multiple times, and nails acrylic or dip are a struggle, usually I’ll have to go back and have them fixed, but I’m tired. Pedicure is always fine, but there’s no attention to detail in nails. Always clumpy, and since I switched to almond even more expensive!! You can see on pictures. Sooo hard to get good hand nails done around this area"

"Rather frustrating experience… I went in for a basic shellac pedicure and didn’t even get to complete the package I requested because it took the gentleman 1.5hrs JUST to file/cuticle/basic prep work. I get my nails done every 2-3wks so it’s not like there was a reason for the extended time. The package I requested was one step up from basic, called their “Classic Pedicure”…. After 1.5hrs, THEN he wanted to get started on the massage, hot towels, stone and wax… I’m all for relaxation, but this was unwarranted and ridiculous. Not sure if I’ll be returning"

"A friend recommended me this place and well I totally regret coming here . The tech for my daughter kept trying to manipulate and rush my daughter into getting what ever the tech wanted on her. I was very upset and that’s when the tech calmed down. Then started to speak in her language. My other daughter’s nail took forever and she messed up on her nails, left a lot of residue. The nails felt sticky and was oddly shaped. The lady also kept trying to rush my oldest and kept having to go back and “fix” them but basically did nothing to do so. They really need to get better at customer service"

"The price is great. Relaxing and Jenny is very detailed and kind. Not aggressive like some nail techs. Soft handed!!! Worth coming here, especially since my normal place is way more expensive. I’m not going to lie I might come here more."
