"The extensions ruined my natural lashes, went here and another location. This location I did with a master stylist and she glued my natural lashes together, for days I thought I had a stye, nope, it was just “stickies”. Was called since it was a month from that appointment and told them I went to another location to get a new set. Well just got called again today, 5 weeks out them asking if I wanted to book. No?? I already told you I went somewhere else so why keep calling me weekly? Plus these extensions utterly ruined my natural lashes and every time would only last me a week, so I’m not exactly planning to do it again anytime soon, especially when they charge as much as they do for a master stylist on top of any add on for the service. Just can’t justify ruining what I have naturally for something to only last a week."

"My eye hurts when I blink. It started burning on Wednesday during the appointment after the stylist applied a liquid substance. I felt something go in my eye. I told the stylist it burned, in response it sounded like she turned something on. The burning didn’t go away. My eye burned the entire duration of the appointment. The service ended and I assumed the discomfort would go away. However, I couldn't sleep due to the discomfort in that one eye. Thursday morning I woke up and my eye was red and it very much hurt to blink. On Thursday I went in person to try and and get a refund, and I was told I would have to wait for the manager or a receptionist to call me back. I got a call today (Friday), I told them what happened and that I want a refund. They said that they would not be able to issue me a refund. This is not my first time getting lashes and no it’s not an allergic reaction… it is not itchy or swollen… my eye hurts when I blink. They did offer to take a look at it and remove the lashes. However, due to the circumstances I rather not have their lash stylists near my eyes anymore. I do not think $94.99 is worth it for a painful refill …"

"I started getting my lashes here because of their deal for around $65 for the first set and I LOVE them!! I signed up for the membership that day, so in addition to the deal I only ended up paying $25 for my first set. Now I get a reduced price for refills, so I definitely recommend the membership. Also, Kai does an amazing job and has a gentle hand so you barely feel the process. I get the cute style in 11 & 9 singles. Love it here!!"
