My daughter asked for a trim to her long layers and walked out with bangs and an 80s haircut. So disappointed. Will change my review once she is no longer there."

She transitioned my color to not having to get high lights often for least wear and tear on the blonde I love. Perfect shade as well. I drive 40 minutes from the woodlands just to have abbey as my colorist to give you an idea of how great she is."

"Edit: I was contacted a couple of weeks ago by a lady from the factory salon asking why I wouldn't have come back in, so they could fix my hair. I asked her why I should come back in, as there is NOTHING they can do. They broke my hair off almost at the root. When I finally agreed to come in and let her see my hair, I asked for her name, so I could ask for her when I came in ; and she could see the damage herself. She told me she wouldn't even be there on the day she scheduled for me. If it was so important that she call me about my review, why wouldn't she want to be there when I came back in? This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced as well. I'll add pictures of my hair now. You can see how bad the breakage was, and it's growing out finally.... but will take forever to get it all the length it was when I trusted this facility to do my hair. Since you chose to call me, and be so rude as if this was my fault ... I will also be adding this review to every other site online as well. If it was that important to try and make it right for the customer, then you should schedule a time to see the damage that was done yourself! I went into get a haircut, and catherine said she had time to bleach my hair as well. I like to go platinum, but my roots needed a touch up. I told her I could not go under the dryer as my hair had been broken like that before, but she assured me it would be fine. Catherine did both my cut and bleach. I asked her to cut it shorter as it was not like what I had shown her. She cut it a little bit shorter, but still nowhere near what I had shown her. I need more layers as my hair is thin. She told me she had a customer waiting on her though, and we could do it better next time. My hair has broken off, since she bleached it, and looks horrible. I do not even know where to go to get it fixed now. I'm very frustrated."
