The customer service is always top-notch. I have never had an employee try to sell me something that I don't need. In fact, they did the opposite. I went in there thinking that I was going to have to buy the fuse box and they said it was working properly and not to worry about it. I only go to this store if I can because I know that they really do have their customers' best interests in mind. I was going to get a slightly more expensive battery terminal. The employee said that with my car it really would not help it do anything more than the cheaper priced one. I highly recommend them."
