"Do not go here. In my opinion they are shady rude and predatory. I tried to come here for a $12 State inspection. They tried to trick me into paying $50. Go literally anywhere else. So rude. I will never go here again and I will warm everyone else I can to stay away from here."
"Horrible experience! The attendant was very unpleasant!, rude, and made the service completely uncomfortable. To top it all off, the price of a 3 min inspection was ridiculous! I will never go to this place again!"
"Guy doing inspection was rude and short. Acted like it was an inconvenience. I just drove off. Will never come to this location again. 1/9/24"
"Showed up yesterday about 5 mins early and was first in line. The guy working was far from pleasant and ignored my initial greeting while he placed cones outside getting ready for the day. When he finally decided to acknowledge me and ask for my insurance I advised it would take just a few mins to pull up. After about 10 seconds he rudely said “ I can see this will take you awhile and tried to make me get out of line until I was ready despite being the only one in line. I stayed put and then about a minute later he angrily told me to move. I looked around and said I was the only one in line and didn’t need to move and he began to press the matter. Luckily in that moment I found the insurance info or I would have got out of line and spent my money elsewhere.I’ve gone to Due Now for over 10 years for their speedy service and personalized experience. This kids lack of professionalism, disregard for customer service, and sense of entitlement is not how I wanted to start my morning and will make me consider a wait at Jiffy Lube next year. It only takes one bad impression."
"As many of the reviews show below, this place is not where you should be going. If you’re curious how it went, this was my inspection journey at this location. I went to Jiffy Lube for my inspection and the line was too long. I was in a bit of a hurry as I had an appointment to get to and wanted to try and knock out my inspection before going. I pulled up a google search and found this inspection station and figured “why not, I’ll check the line”. When I pulled up, no cars there. I pulled right up and the inspector Shaun came out. He told me the inspection itself was $7 but there were other “normal station fees” that would make my inspection $20. As I sit here now, I have learned that these “fees” are not necessary, but he did not even imply I could run them down. If you read the other reviews, the owner or whoever represents the station tells multiple complaining people that all the inspectors are supposed to follow a script when explaining charges, but Mr. Shaun did not do that. Anyways, like I mentioned, I was in a hurry and there was no line so I decided “eh why not”, and said okay to the charges. The inspector then made me fill out a bunch of information on an iPad and drove in a circle around the station. All in all it took about 5 minutes. At some point during the inspection, I was standing outside the station filling out my information and the guy just starts screaming for me. Literally, I was 5 feet away, and instead of calmly calling out or even taking a step back to bring me into view, he just screams “SIR”. Scared the hell out of me, and it wasn’t even important, he just wanted to see insurance info again. When the inspection was done, he had the audacity to assume I wanted to renew my registration at the little, shady looking shack next door. I said no, as I had no idea what kind of unnecessary charges they’d try to tack on if I did that. Sure it was quick, sure there was no line, but adding on fees that they’re supposed to tell you are optional, the rudeness of him yelling at me? I’ll wait the hour for Jiffy Lube next time."
