"The staff really came through when we needed them. We got a flat tire on I35 during rush hour. They went to another location, picked up our correct tire size, and got us on the road as quickly as they could, even though they were short staffed. Big clean waiting area. Just don't use the restroom. :-D"
"Poor communications!!! Didn't address concerns... Car broke down on the way home.. battey light happened to be an alternator going out.. Didn't make it home needing a tow to a real shop after being told it was good just drive it... so two times begging advisor to acknowledge concerns when picking up the vehicle... only got well my tech looked at it so its gotta be good.... NOT..."
