"Met Stephen when he helped me with my first oil change at the Oil Change Express on Kittyhawk. Now I have this newer, closer location. Customer service Is awesome and Stephen is very informative & thorough. He also offered water plus made sure my children and I were comfortable while we waited. The road/parking area looked confusing from the road but once there, the arrows painted on the ground at the entrance really helped me know where to go. I love taking my cars to Oil Change Express."
