"I have been a member with hello sugar for almost a year now and I have never had issues, my aestheticians have always been great. However the costumer service team is absolutely horrible for this company. They only have a text feature that you can request a call from but you get no confirmation you will get one, today I got to my appointment they I got confirmation for the same morning and the receptionist in the salon let me know my aesthetician no longer worked there. I had not been informed of this or asked to reschedule. When I finally got on the phone with someone, which I had to claim I was lost to do, they were just like oh yea oops. It was by far the worst costumer service I have ever received."
