"I made an appt for Saturday on Thursday. I show up for appt. then one of the tech's asked me if I had an appt. I answered yes, she didn't reply a thing, then she say's after about 3 minutes, " Pick a color". I proceed to choose a color, I wait. Finally she asked me, "When you make appt.?" I said, Thursday. I stood waiting about 5 more minutes, ttl of about 15 minutes after picking my color. Waited more, finally I decided not to allow them to treat me this way and walked out."

"I drive 35 miles to get my nails done here, there's no one, and I mean NO ONE that beats her attention to detail. 10/20/22 update: I guess even nail tech services have gone down. This USED to be the best place in the South Plains, after the appointment that spurred the first part of my review I scheduled a 2nd appointment for 6 weeks. She canceled on me w/o notice. Not a good idea. During the 1st appointment I couldn't figure out if she was working on my nails or her daughter and hers relationship...she spoke to her daughter over the phone 95% of the time she was supposed to be servicing me...it took 2x's longer to do the job. I don't know maybe I'm picky, getting your nails done is a luxury it's up there with a pedicure and massage in my book. The nail technician looked tired of her business maybe she should retire early. Awww well. My main point and purpose was to leave an honest review, so I did. Take from it what you may."
