"If i could give this location a zero i definitely would due to lack of customer service. The pharmacist named Brandon needs to learn that if you can't properly do your job without being rude then he needs to not serve customers in public at all. Then after I told him I would just transfer my medicine to another pharmacy he said "well that what we want you to do". Best believe I will be calling the CVS pharmacy corporate office to let them know how these pharmacist treat customers."
"I am so glad I switched to this pharmacy from another location. I don't have to wait in a long line in the store nor in the drive thru. The pharmacist is super friendly and so helpful. She's more than willing to go the distance to help you with what you're needing as far as information or checking on costs of medications. The store is really nice, clean, and organized. You have the option of checking yourself out or someone who's always right there ready to help you. If you're undecided about what pharmacy to use, you should no longer be. This is the pharmacy you need to be going to. I rarely give 5 stars!!!"
"Thank you to the absolutely lovely pharmacy staff here! I am on vacation and left my medication at home. My insurance wouldn't cover a refill yet so they helped me out with filling just 5 pills to help me with cost. Very much appreciated!!!!"
"My friend was a paying customer but because he wasn’t where the employees were when they asked about cars in the lot, his car got towed. Happened to other customers too with no apologies or regard to the fact that THEY WERE CUSTOMERS. This is so ridiculous and disrespectful to people who did nothing wrong. Getting random customers’ cars towed sounds like a great way to lose customers. None of us plan on ever coming back."
"Cashier (Rita) was rude and gave attitude after asking if i had a cvs card, i said no and she continued to ask “you don't have a phone number or card or anything?!”. I said no and continued to check out. When i left i said have a good day (out of habit) and she just said “mmhmm”. Im not sure what it was about me that made her hostile but she sure didnt act sassy like that to the young man in front of or behind me."
