I went in for a woman trim and right off the woman was rude and she ended up doing my trim she was just really rough while washing it and when she went to cut it she didn't even make an even part in my hair to start cutting. None of it was even. And she did one straight chop. Brushing through even roughly. I had to just stop."

"I just paid to have my husband, son and myself a haircut at this location. We've always used Great Clips anywhere we've lived over the years. It was at the end of my cut, the one cutting my hair asked if the length and the layers and the side bang I wanted were good, I said yeah. Assuming we were done and she'd next brush, properly part and smooth out my hair. I know I didn't pay for a styling. But as soon as I said yeah, she whipped off the cloak and was like alright there you go! So I just awkwardly was like ok? And as I walked up to my family my 7yr old son was like "You look crazy mommy." Like even he could tell. I looked like a wet dog just shook it's hair in the rain. I don't know what I did to anyone to walk out of there like this? We were just a nice quiet family with no complaints and easygoing. I'm just really confused, it was an odd experience."

"I could of done a better job cutting my 8 year old son hair at home. Employees were friendly but the tech that cut his hair could use more training. His cut was very choppy and only looks half way decent when comb and with lots of hair product."
