"I had a horrible experience. Not sure if she was new, but if she is getting trained, you should let the customers know. I am assuming she was getting trained, because the other girl was above her watching her do my eyebrows and commenting. Usually after threading, I don’t get any burning sensation. Once I arrived home, I looked in the mirror, I see cuts and my skin feels very irritated above my eyebrow because she was going over the skin multiple times, and the thread was burning my top layer of skin; Like a scrape you get when you fall, but just constantly feeling that burn. As you can see, there’s still hairs left over."
