"Shop owner's son is a horrible businessman. One of their helper's who should not have been working on the truck to begin with accidentally cut the wrong air hose on one of our trucks, when we asked him to eat the cost of the hose he lied to his father about the situation and made it seem like we were being unreasonable. Rather than eat the cost of the hose, he ate the cost of labor and the hose - then asked us not to bring our trucks to his shop again. Talk about power trip. No worries there!"
