"The guy in charge of the alignment was at the break room chilling. He saw me looking for help and didn’t move at all when to the office and a nice lady guide me back to the same person I saw chilling. He came out and asked him my truck need an alignment the first thing he ask was what year is the truck and I respond 2019 He then guided me to the ramp and race the front of the truck and he said you have to replace both tire not just one and this pins also needs to be replaced I can do any alignment until you fix that. I said ok. And I left. It’s been a week since. And no alignment was need. so he help me safe money by trying to get smart and trying to do more unnecessary labor to my truck. Or he just didn’t want to work. Either one. At the end. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE"
