Brake Check

"I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and being repeatedly told I'd be helped soon, I ended up booking an alignment appointment online during that wait, only to face further delays before they finally took my keys. While running errands at a nearby store, they called asking for my wheel lock key, which left me somewhat perplexed, but I complied. They then informed me that they had inspected my brake pads and provided a quote for a full brake job, which was a surprise since I had come in for an alignment. After everything was settled and I had paid, I realized upon leaving that I hadn't received any before and after documentation for the alignment. When I inquired about this, I was told the printer was down and the technician hadn't taken any photos but did give me paperwork on the brake job quote. They offered to redo the alignment if I returned, but it would mean another 45-minute wait. Total time according to paperwork my car was in the bay an hour from them taking my brakes apart to inspect them putting them back on and doing my alignment."
