"I have been feeling tooth sensitivity for the past year. I let Dr. Bortmen know and he dismissed it as simple tooth sensitivity. When I finally got dental insurance and was able to go to another dentist, they ran the x-rays and were able to show me evidence of what's going on with my tooth. It turned out that the filling I received in Dr. Bortmen's office 3 years ago is now pushing against my nerves which now leads me to get an unmerited root canal treatment. I think since Dr. Bortmen has an exuberant amount of experience he should have looked further into my tooth sensitivity. Maybe he didn't read my X-rays properly which leads me to suggest for him to be cautious in the subjects of dentistry."
