And Dr Perez is incredibly skilled, patient, and caring. I will always recommend her to anyone that needs an amazing dentist for a wide variety of things. 10/10"

"My family have been longtime patients of Dr. Perez for many years. She is a wonderful dentist. However, during the years her office staff appears to have a high turnover often. I didn't mind as long as they were kind and professional. Her current office staff, the receptionist & office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I advised Dr. Perez the customer service her staff is providing is unacceptable. The way they talk to Patients is distasteful and hurtful. I told her I would not be returning due to her rude staff, and she appeared not to be bothered by it. So I don't recommend this dentist office if being rude to the Patients and talking down to them is okay with the Doctor. I normally don't write reviews, but beware of Deerbrook Family Dentistry. I think we should treat each other the way we want to be treated, especially if we are paying customers. I would score this practice a ZERO if it was available to select."
