"I have had my braces on for 3 years and my teeth are still not straight. When I saw him in November Dr C was nonchalant and said ,"We will be taking your braces off, it could be another year to straighten out your teeth." They rushed to clean my teeth and then finished my ortho appointment. I felt that he was inconsiderate and he just didn't care because he was no longer getting paid to do my braces every month although I see him for my cleaning and other dental needs. He has shaved my tooth to get it straight in an attempt to get it to starighten up quicker, but that tooth is the one that's still not straight. I was quoted a price for my braces in 2020 and I paid the price faithfully without any hesitation, because I wanted the services performed. But I think that it is unprofessional to just have the attitude of "whatever" when I have paid you for services and the services are not complete. My daughter and son had braces and both of them had bands in their mouth close to when it was time for their braces to come off, but this doctor did not do this with my braces. I would not recommend him for services with braces, due to the poor service I have received. I'm a nurse and I'm very big on customer service and patient satisfaction. I am not satisfied at all with this service."
