"First, I will say the nurse and front desk clerk were great. They were kind and explained everything to me. The doctor though did not have the same bedside manner. She quickly examined my teeth and started talking to the nurse but did not tell me what was happening. She started talking about a root canal but did not explain why I would need it or anything else. When I got my quote there were services on there that I was never told about. I felt like a number and not a human."

"Castle Dental bought out my sons orthodontist contract from Southern Dental and it has been a nightmare the past 6 months. Around June or July, they have made it that you can only come on a Thursday which was the same day as my sons football schedule. I have to work so I cannot just take him in the morning so he had to miss a couple of months due to this scheduling conflict. Yesterday they told me they are going to start charging me $160 a month because his contract is going longer that expected. I asked them to show me this clause in my contract but they could not produce the said document. I am stuck with them unfortunately but would not recommend them to anyone."

"I'm sorry but I have to be honest about my experiences. I finally had enough and found a new great dental office. My whole complaint is with the front desk, mainly the older Hispanic woman that appears to be the front desk/office manager. She's has zero personality, she doesn't make you feel welcome and she is rude sometimes. I can't believe she's still employed there. She needs a lot of training or she needs to find a new job. In any case, I'm done with that office and I'm with a new PROFESSIONAL dental office now."

"Dr was very good and thorough but that staff seemed confused and did not set up the procedure I went into the office for. Also I was never sent new patient paperwork ahead of my appointment as promised so this made my appointment time last 30 minutes longer then required."

"Upon entering Castle Dental I approached the counter and was greeted with a smile from the front desk clerk. She was cordial and informative. The x-ray technician was very pleasant and directive, then I met the doctor. He was very clear and concise concerning my x-rays and what I needed for my teeth to be super healthy. I want to thank Castle Dental for making me feel welcome."
