"If you want to waste your time, PLEASE schedule at Brident Dental. My appt was at 2pm, it was 3pm when I asked the front desk how much longer I had to wait (she was on her phone and the other 2 were talking about another patient that was complaining) and was told the Dr still had a "couple patients" ahead of me, that she was doing treatment on someone and she was the only one. Also, make sure that whoever you talk to for appointments knows what they're doing. I was quoted $150 for a dental cleaning but when I was there front desk said it's not accurate and depends on what the Dr says. I also scheduled my sister, who is a minor, for a check up and when I got there was told she couldn't be seen since I was not her legal guardian, but didn't mention it when I first called. Never once did they apologized for the waiting or told me that the Dr was running behind, they just expected me to wait. Overall a bad experience and the front desk didn't seem professional at all, the person I was talking to kept asking questions to the other one as if she doesn't know everything she's supposed to. The assistant who did my x rays was not polite at all, all she said was “open, bite” and moved the recliner chair without even saying anything. There was another client in there complaining about similar stuff, so I wasn’t the only one. I do recommend you look for a different Dental Clinic"

"The office manager displayed rudeness and unprofessionalism. During my nearly 3-hour wait in the lobby, she engaged in a loud discussion with another client, refusing to provide him with the information he requested. She repeatedly stated what she couldn't provide contact information or services unless his balance was paid. The client seemed to be on the phone with someone who might have been an attorney, judging by the nature of the questions, but I cannot confirm this. She only disclosed her first name and refused to provide her last name or her boss's contact information, citing HIPAA as the reason, which is incorrect since HIPAA only pertains to clients, not employees or bosses. Throughout the conversation, she appeared visibly annoyed, tapping her foot impatiently. Although I didn't catch all the details, it seemed to involve a broken bracket on the client's braces and an outstanding balance, which led to the office refusing to repair the bracket. However, she offered to have the braces removed for $350 in addition to his outstanding balance. The client was calm and respectful the entire time and waited in the lobby for a resolution. Dr. Nandi Anosike is a deceptive oral surgeon. He declined to extract tooth #16, a procedure that should have taken 5 minutes, because I refused a $950 bone graft. He claimed it would speed up the healing process, which is false. Based on my research, a bone graft actually takes much longer to heal (3-9 months rather than 7-14 days) and is typically used for implants. Despite my patience with the office where he is contracted, I will never return there. I had consulted a general dentist prior to him who explained that a bone graft wouldn't be necessary for a wisdom tooth extraction. Subsequently, I had the tooth extracted by a different oral surgeon at a different practice. The procedure took less than 10 minutes to numb me and extract the tooth, with the entire visit lasting 20 minutes. No bone graft was needed. I believe Dr. Abosike declined to extract the tooth because I challenged his attempt to exploit my situation for financial gain. While I cannot label it as insurance fraud since he did not bill my insurance, his actions are certainly questionable. I plan to report him to the board."

"It was a better experience than I thought it would be. I hate going to the dentist with my WHOLE heart. The staff was so nice, professional, and didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't want. I can honestly say the doctor listened to me, and was willing to do the procedures I could afford first. Then on top of that, they actually took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done, and verified my happiness with the service I received. I was. I would gladly recommend anyone to go there. It's true you can go anywhere, but to have a reasonable experience, I would recommend Brident dental."

"Everyone at Brident Humble Texas was amazing! Dr. Bollman took her time explaining everything I needed and mapping out all of the procedures. She answered all of my questions fully. The young lady who took my X-rays, Allison, was terrific. And last, but not least, Ashley, at the front desk helped with the insurance and setting my appointments to days and time that was convenient for me. Great place and outstanding service."

"I can never get in touch with a person in the Humble, Texas office. I have only been there 1 time but I do not plan on going back because I can not reach the office and I have left a message and it has been over 3 weeks and nobody has returned my call. Bad business practices. I will just go to a different dentist"
