"Waited 90 minutes for a cleaning only. Was charged for a cleaning and exam. Staff fixed the charges. Staff was polite and we love the doctors. This is not the only time we have had to sit so long. Either they over book or are understaffed. Will look for a new dental practice."

"Everyone was great!! Had a little wait time to verify insurance but no big deal… The young lady taking the x-rays was a lil timid as if she was new and slightly uncomfortable but that’s okay, just get in there and slap the x-ray vest on lol but again it was fine… The dentist was thorough and attentive gave me compliments on how white my teeth are! LOL.. Answered my questions and gave me his recommendations for Ortho! The girls at checkout were nice and sweet! Very good experience!"

"Two stars because the guy at the front desk was so nice. Everyone else I interacted with just gave me orders, put your purse there, take your glasses off, stand there, open your mouth wider, bite down, essentially my other interactions were people giving me orders. It was also the fastest cleaning I have ever received, and it makes me suspicious. I’ll be back one more time in July, but will find a new dentist my insurance covers next year."

"Called them on a Saturday because I chipped my tooth the night before. They were able to get me in same day and were super nice. They didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like most places. They were very knowledgeable and got me taken care of fast. Definitely recommend them."

"I did not get treated today. I cancelled visit because they told me it would cost for cleaning and check up since I had used my yearly amount in benefits. I called my insurance company and was told I get 2 free cleanings and check ups per year. No matter if my yearly benefits are all used."
