"Well I showed up late about 5:30 and they already was closed at 5 so I was disappointed not to pick up a truck to go deliver but that's okay I was there the next morning to pick it up because I transport trucks!"

I must admit there was a little rough patch during our experience, but at the end of the day, they did the RIGHT THING and that is a lot more rare than it should be these days. They addressed their mistakes and made things right. That is the way it used to be everyday in this country but now days big corporations typically do not care. That cannot be said for Altec. Michael and Christy treated us right and they have a customer for life. We all have bad days and make mistakes, however, it’s truly how someone responds that makes all the difference.
