"I went to Summer Creek dental and they had me waiting over an 1hr. Called Charm and the intake specialist told me to come immediately. She listened patiently, was very welcoming and the process was really quick. The place is very clean and they offer complimentary snacks and water. The dental hygienist that assisted me was very nice, professional and very welcoming. When I met the dentist he was awesome. He explained clearly what the process for the extraction would be. It was nice to see so many young professionals that talk your talk, understand where you’re coming from and give you the option over your care. It’s a hidden gem and I am definitely using them as my dental provider of choice. I look forwards to them handling my root canal. **************************************** 2/9/2024 -Root Canal Treatment During the procedure it was painless but then the dentist (Dr. Patel) passed the rest of the crown and temp crown procedure to the Dental Hygienist. She (DH) was really nice, although she had to do my fitting twice and dug into the surrounding area of my tooth in my gums to prep the temp crown, it hurt soo bad. Now, two days later I am in extreme pain (10) in those areas and the dentist office is closed. I will never book another procedure on a Friday. During the temp crown fitting she (DH) asked how it fitted but I guess with my mouth numb I didn’t really feel how offset my bite was..until Saturday, now Sunday and I’m miserable. Everywhere she was digging in my gums is red and swollen and I pray it’s not infected. The crown is higher than my teeth and is causing my bite to not be correct and every time I accidentally bite down..the pain is unbearable. I can’t eat or drink and have barely slept. I wasn’t prescribed antibiotics or pain medication which is odd to me and I’m mad at myself for not pushing for it. Overall the staff is friendly, the place is clean, however I found myself having to ask post-procedural care questions and next steps vs. the info being provided. I will say this is an isolated instance and I will continue to go here but I will definitely do things differently for my next procedure which is advocating for myself, ask questions and not doing a procedure on Friday. I will be at their off first thing Monday cause I’ve never felt pain like this. Next follow up review coming soon."

"The first time I walked in Southern Charm Dental I was greeted with a smile and answered my questions professionally. My appointment was made to return for an evaluation for a tooth implant. The doctor cleaned my teeth thoroughly and took out plaque that was behind my bottom teeth. Totally disappeared. No more plaque. I just happen to take a look at my teeth this morning and seen the plaque. My consultation began and the head office manager was very respectful and sweet. She gave me more confidence that the implant was the best option for me. I can’t wait to get started. The staff was very patient with me and very kind. Thank you doctor and staff for making this visit comfortable and pain free. See you next week."

"I get very anxious when it comes to dentist visits. But by far the greatest experience I’ve ever had. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable before and during my procedure. The team is very knowledgeable of what they’re doing and are able to explain everything. Probably the only office I’ve been too that made my procedure go as smooth as possible. 10/10 recommended!!"
